Self Defense: using any means necessary to protect yourself or another
"Startle Flinch": body's safety mechanism, used to protect vital organs such as brain, eyes, and respiratory system
Goals of Self Defense:
1. De Escaluate Conflict
2. Self Protection
3. Stop Assault
4. Clear (Escape)
Strategies for wrist grab:
1. Utilize the thumb opening as weakest part of grip
2. Lower center of your mass to get offender off balance
3. Use leverage to "break" the grip
Contact points (eyes, nose, neck, ears, throat, groin, stomach, and knee)

Object of the Game:
To pass the Frisbee across the goal line for a touchdown
Rules:
1. Game starts with a kick off from the hash marks
2. Unlimited throws forward, backwards, or sideways
3. Player gets two steps to come under control when catching frisbee
4. Players has 5 alligators to get rid of frisbee
5. Can not knock frisbee out of players hand
6. Kick off after each score
