financial aidTop of Page
Do you need money for college? Have you submitted the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream Act Application (CADAA)? The FAFSA and CADAA deadline is quickly approaching. Applications for the 2021-20200 school year are due March 2nd. Do you need help completing the FAFSA or CADAA? Please check out the following resources for assistance with completing and submitting the FAFSA and CADAA.
The first step to getting financial help is to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). If you are not a US citizen, permanent resident, or eligible non-citizen, you will need to fill out the California Dream Act Application (CADAA) instead of the FAFSA.
If you need assistance applying for Financial Aid join the California Student Aid Commission for a CASH for College webinar. These webinars will provide students and their families information on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and California Dream Act Application (CADAA). For more information and to register for a free webinar click here. For additional CASH for College workshops please see the image below.
Are you attending Sacramento City College (SCC) Fall 2021? The SCC Financial Aid office is facilitating virtual lab zoom sessions and Financial Aid zoom workshops to help students with the FAFSA and CADAA. Please click here for details.
To qualify for Promise Programs including the West Sacramento Promise you must submit the FAFSA or CADAA. Los Rios and West Sac Promise information. Apply to the West Sacramento Promise.
Please let us know if there's anything we can do to help!
