Testing

Testing

Regular COVID testing will be availble for students and staff. Below are the testing registration instructions for students.
 
Note: No appointment necessary, parents need to register their students and sign the waiver, but RCHS testing is walk-in and appointments are not needed.
 
 
To register, follow these steps:


Step 2:  Click on "REGISTER."

Step 3: Enter the correct "AGENCY CODE" when asked.

Staff and Faculty will use agency code: WASHINGTON
Families and Parents will use agency code: davis

Step 4: Fill out the "ONLINE REGISTRATION" form; Make sure to check the box at the bottom of the page to agree to the terms and then click submit to complete your registration.

Step 5: After your account has been created and you are logged into your profile you should see a menu on the left-hand side.

Click on “Dependents” on the left menu. 
Click “Add a New Dependent.” 
Fill out minor’s information (Leave email and phone blank unless you want to input your child’s information). 
Click “I agree” and submit.  This will create your student’s profile. 
Once you see your student’s name, click ‘Launch.” 
Click on “Medical Clearances” on the left. 
Click on the green “Update” box. 
Complete the HYT waiver and submit.
 
RCHS testing will be all week from 8:30-3:30 (for a list of all District testing sites, please click here)
 
 
 
School preventative measures

School preventative measures

  1. Students and staff who are experiencing any unexplained COVD-like symptoms should stay at home and notify the school of their absence. Persons should be fever and symptom free for 24 hours before returning to school.
  2. All students and school staff are required to wear a mask covering the nose, mouth, and chin while inside school buildings (including hallways).
  3. All persons are strongly encouraged to wear masks outside (passing period, lunch time, etc).
  4. Any student or staff member who experiences COVID-like symptoms during the school day should contact the office to be evaluated and/or isolated.
