Parents: River City High School is administering the California Healthy Kid Survey to all 9th and 11th graders between March 27-April 7. Your students will receive a consent form in their classes to take this very important survey on school climate and connectedness. This survey guides the high school in designing interventions for students and making positive changes to our high school environment. If you did not receive a consent form or your student did not give it to you, here are English and Spanish copies of the consent form.

The California Healthy Kid Survey requires only passive consent by parents for their students to participate. If you DO NOT want your student to participate, you should return the consent form. Otherwise, you don’t need to return it.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact the River City High School office, (916) 375-7800 ext. 2075.

Thank you,

Kristin Rodriguez

Assistant Principal
