Times:

Schedules:

Meals:     Breakfast will be served at 8:30 am.  Lunch will be served at 10:45 am.  Breakfast is $1.00.  Lunch is $2.50.

Reduced prices are $.30 and $.40, respectively.  Students on federal meal programs for the 2016-2017 school year do not need to reapply and will receive the same benefits during summer school.

Transportation:     Bus transportation will be provided from Riverbank, Elkhorn, Westfield, Westmore Oaks and Bridgeway Island Elementary Schools.  The bus schedule is is published on-line at http://rivercity.wusd.k12.ca.us.

Attendance:     Summer programs are fast-paced and are geared toward preparing students for the year ahead.  It is important that students attend the first day of summer school and all days thereafter.  Two absences will discontinue a student’s participation in summer school.

Behavior:     Participation in summer school is an opportunity for students to learn and grow.  We expect students to demonstrate respect toward others and appropriate behavior at all times in and outside of class.  We also expect students to demonstrate good work and study habits at all times.  You will be contacted immediately if any concerns arise in these areas. More than one disciplinary incident may result in dismissal from summer school.

If you have any questions, please contact the school office at (916) 375-7800

Respectfully yours,

Mrs. Kristin Rodriguez
