ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • Empower Yolo meets today during 2nd period.  Passes delivered first period.  Check into your 2nd period class first. 
  • Volunteer’s needed for VFW children’s Christmas show Sunday, December 10th. See Estella for details. 
  • Please help needy children in our community by giving a new, unwrapped toy to Toys for Tots!  The box is located by the front desk. 
  • Get yourself or someone special a Mistletoe gram during both lunches for $4 until December 18.
  • If you are related to a Veteran who has served in combat overseas and plan on continuing your education after high school, see Ms. Grisaffi about this wonderful scholarship opportunity.
  • The 17th Annual Black History and Multicultural Heritage Celebration, Friends of the Yolo County Archives and Davis Odd Fellows Helping Hands, Inc. are sponsoring an essay contest for high school seniors.  The topic for 2018 is “Black History”.  Prizes ranging from $100 to $500 will be awarded to the best essays.  For more information please see the scholarship webpage on RCHS’s website or see Ms. Grisaffi for details.

 

CLUBS:

  • BSU and Multicultural Club is hosting a cultural dress day and fashion show during both lunches on Thursday, December 14th.  If you are interested in participating in the fashion show there is a google form to complete no later than December 13th.  There is a QR code on the printed flyers through the school.   
  • SKILLS meets today after school in room 754.  Attendance is mandatory.

  • Football players the dessert banquet is Monday, December 11th at 6:00pm in the RC cafeteria.  Award presentation will began at 6:30pm.
