Poem Reflection of “My name is Meth”

By Samuel Chen May, 2013

“My name is Meth” is a tragic poem,

that emphasizes the dangers of being stoned.

Meth is destructive; that is clear indeed,

for it’s more pricey that lapis and more harmful than weed.

The horrors that occur and the sorrow forthwith,

Definitely dissuade me from even trying it.

Doing meth is destroying your body with crystals,

precious stones with power like missiles,

that launce into your hart and it ceases to beat,

your precious body collapses to a lump of rotten meat.

So let this be a warning to teens who may try:

Meth will trample you, scramble you, and suck you dry.
