Today’s Lunch: Beefy Nachos


  • If you are interested in making decisions that impact RCHS please consider joining the site council.  The site council represents staff, students, and parents in helping make RCHS a better place.  Students are to nominate students.  Teachers should have hard copy ballots.

  • Attention Juniors and Seniors…Sacramento City College is offering a “Building Foundations for Success” class here on campus beginning October 15th and ending on December 17th! The class will provide strategies and support services to enhance student success through academic skills, personal life management and educational navigation. It will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 4 to 7:05pm in room 810. Please see your counselor for more information.

  • Juniors who are interested in careers in law, law enforcement, criminal justice, or the FBI are encouraged to apply for the FBI Teen Academy held at field office headquarters in Sacramento on November 20, 2015. Apply by the October 23, 2015 deadline to be considered.



  • Congratulations to the River City Water Polo program. The boys dominated El Dorado winning 16-8 on Wednesday night’s contest. The girls were equally impressive with a 10-1 victory over the Lady Cougars.
