Lesson Format Due Oct 28th!  Must be typed up with all sections filled out, 10 min minimum -30min max, all instructions must be included and closing questions for students to turn in and grade.

Leadership Mission Statement

River City High School Leadership works hard everyday organizing events for our school, instilling raider pride in our students, and trying to promote River City culture throughout our school and community. This year, our theme is "Pay It Forward" because we believe with this attitude we can making lasting change in individual students, within our school, and in our community.

Want to start a club?

Have a great idea and want to get River City students involved in a club?  Here are the step in doing so:


Step 1- Fill out form CLUB CONSTITUTION.docx

Step 2- Have all blank spaces filled out by yourself or advisor

Step 3- Turn into Ms. Johnson in H Commons to be approved.


Its that easy!  If there are any questions please contact Ms. Johnson.

River City Dance Dress Code

Dance Dress Code (Homecoming and Prom)


No low back

No cut outs

No club attire

Must attend in formal clothing (elegant dress/tuxedo suits)

No casual wear

Ladies and Gentlemen must wear dress shoes


Prom: Tonight's Dream Tomorrows Memory

                When: Saturday May 20th, 2017

                Where: Library Galleria

                              828 I St, Sacramento, CA 95814



Dress Code:

                Attire: Slacks and button down (almost like a tux/suit)

                           Nothing revealing/sheer



                Downtown parking on the street or parking garage.



Doors close at 9:30pm and no in-out privileges.


All information is located in the student store!


Guest Passes

                       If you plan on bringing someone to the Prom that DOES NOT attend River City High School. You must 

  • Complete and turn in a Guest Pass- All Guest Pass can be picked up from Monika Frank 
  • Return Guest Passes to Monika Frank by May 17. NO EXCEPTIONS

 (Please Note that no one OVER 19 years of age can attend Prom)
